σε ένα παράταιρα πεπερασμένο κόσμο.

2016… σε συνέχεια του πρώτου άλμπουμ (2012) πλέον του επτάιντσου σινγκλ Από την άκρη της νύχτας(2013), οι ΟΔΟΣ 55 μας επανεισάγουν σε ηχητικό μάθημα απόδοσης της σύγχρονης δυστοπίας. Βασισμένο σε μία δέσμη ηλεκτροφόρων συνθέσεων που εν συνόλω αποτίουν φόρο τιμής στο θορυβιστικό μινιμαλισμό, το νέο Lp αποτελεί πρόσθετο βασικό σταθμό στην ιστορία του σχήματος. Κομμάτια βασισμένα σε ξεθωριασμένα σημεία-οπτικές άγκυρες, εκφραστικές αποκλίσεις και αποφθεγματολογικές κραυγές, απόμακρους αχούς και αναδυόμενες εκρήξεις... Aπό την εισαγωγική ορμή του ΟΔΟΣ 55 μέχρι την συστηματικά εναγώνια αποκορύφωση του Ισταμπούλ και από την ανήσυχη ετοιμότητα του Είναι αυτοί μέχρι την φρενήρη ένταση του Ύπνωση Τηλεκίνηση, το νέο άλμπουμ του συγκροτήματος εμμένει στη δική του ξέχωρη θέση μέσα στο στερέωμα της σύγχρονης υπόγειας μουσικής πραγματικότητας. Κυκλοφορεί στην περιορισμένη έκδοση 500 αριθμημένων αντιτύπων βινυλίου μαύρου χρώματος.

2016... in sequence to their first Lp (2012) plus their 7” inch single Aπο την άκρη της νύχτας(i.e., From the edge of night) (2013), ΟΔΟΣ 55 (ODOS 55) reintroduce us to a course of sound that explicitly identifies modern dystopia. Based on a set of electrified tracks that in total pay homage to noisy minimalism, this new album concludes as an additional milestone to the group’s history. The album is comprised of compositions that artistically ground in faded signs-visual anchors, artful deviations and proverbial cries, distant noises and emerging outbursts ... From the introductory impetus of the same-titled ΟΔΟΣ 55(i.e., ODOS 55) to Ισταμπούλ’s (i.e., Ιstanbul)systematically developed agonized climax and from Είναιαυτοί’s (i.e., They are those) wakeful readiness to the frenzied intensity of ΎπνωσηΤηλεκίνηση (i.e., hypnosis telekinesis), the group’s new Lp occupies its own special place within the contemporary underground music’s firmament. Comes in a limited edition of 500 numbered black vinyl copies.
